80k miles service along with other maintenance items on my vehicle. The shop is tucked away in an area with many auto businesses so parking and navigating the parking lot can be challenging. They are very comprehensive with inspecting the vehicle as well as performing the necessary maintenance.

I dropped a torx bit and adapter in my engine bay while changing my air filter. Asked them to keep an eye out for them and they actually found them.
Communication is excellent (texting estimates, the status of your vehicle and sending invoices).

Pricing is reasonable but you can save money by paying cash to avoid credit card fees.

Stole Car Key!

I contacted Desert Oasis in hopes to get my Water Pump & coolant hoses changed. I explained to them that I had already got the vehicle Diagnosed at Meineke, forwarded the diagnosis over to Desert Oasis and asked them for a quote.

Their quote was better than Meineke’s so the Tech suggested bringing the car in. I emphasized to him again that I did not want the vehicle re-diagnosed because I’m already aware of what’s wrong.

They send me an authorization contract with ONLY the repair charges for me to sign off on and approve. The price was correct and everything was good, then later that day they send another contract with now $1k+ more in charges on top of a diagnostic fee so I decline the services!

My partner decided to pick the vehicle up forgetting to grab the key Desert Oasis had & when I came aware of this I contacted them just to be told I would have to pay their diagnostics fee to get my key back.

That’s called theft of a person’s property & I have two contract’s to show their manipulation.

The best eight hundred dollars i've ever spent ! Anthony our service advisor was amazing he got our car in and diagnosed in rapid time we found out it needed an expansion hose for the coolant system they had the part ordered and within days I had my car back the car is running perfect and anthony even washed my car before he gave it back that was mad cool I really appreciate it everyone here is super nice including the technician who fixed my car i recommend this auto shop to anybody who has a range rover they are professional they kept in touch with me the entire time and gave me updates till the minute that I got my car 10 /10 service so if you're in the neighborhood stop in and ask for anthony he will treat you like family

I just came across Desert Oasis European Auto Service & Repair. Talked with someone on the phone about my issue on a 2002 BMW 330 CI. The gentlemen tells me that do no service any BMW before 2008. Yet their website says they service all BMW's 2000+. Not sure what I said but just wanted to let everyone know my experience. By the way the gentlemen said he would fix the website. Folks, if you have a European car and don’t want to go to a dealership. Because most of the time your dealer could really be very expensive and really rip you off. Service on car and working with Anthony was great! Picking up the car I informed them I need the car when they open at 8 because I have work across town at 8:30 they had to call employee to bring my car back the employee parked my car in the other bay across the parking lot sitting in my car I had to ask him to get out so I can leave. Disappointed. All I ever asked from anyone touching my car is transparency and I didnt get that instead I feel I got hosed. I just recovered from a stroke and being out of work finally got myself together financially to get some work done on my neglected Porsche. I recently moved down the hill from Summerlin and was new to this neighborhood and was looking for a shop that will act as my primary shop for I have several things to do. First before I go in let me start by saying Anthony and Bill were really nice and professional and the best thing about this business I do not blame them for doing their jobs. I understand that there is a sales element in the Service Advisor position as I was a trainer in corporate sales so I understand the techniques used. So back to my repair. I needed brakes I called spoke to Bill and asked for pricing on front brakes. I was given a quote for $1,300 other shops in the area had given me the same pricing so I decided to go with Desert Oasis based on the good reviews. I had another issue which was an oil leak but I was told it would cost me $200 for them to me where the leak came from. I only had a budget of $1500 that day so I was unable to find out about the leak which started my disappointment. So as Service Advisors go Anthony sent me a very thorough, accurate and comprehensive service advisement with pictures of everything that need attention at some point that came up to $10,00 dollars $7000 was control arms ( more insanity) he said I needed. He also suggested i get a $286 oil change which made zero sense because I came in telling them I had a leak why would I get an oil change when you are telling me I have to pay to tell me where its coming from again I understand labor I just didnt have it. So at this point I just want my brakes fixed so I can pick up my car. I then get a call from the service manager Armando who to me sounded like he annoyed that I didnt have more money to pay for whatever they was going to tell me the leak was coming from. I then had to signs some waiver that they warned me that driving a car without oil can damage the car ( as if I already did not know this). I felt I was being scared into a repair I knew I needed but did not have the money for. Armando using the scare technique made it sound like it would be a danger to drive it when I drove there in the first place. Even with all I said my disappointment didnt come until after I got my car. So I pick up my car $1,460.00 for 2 front rotors 2 Sensors the pads and labor. I got home still annoyed I still didn't know where the leak was coming from. I then started looking at my receipt. My parts cost $990.00 $300 for each (2) rotor and $274.00 for the pads, 102.00 for (2) brake sensors and I paid 259.00 in labor a shop fee of 37.85 a Hazmat fee of 31.54 and 132.34 in tax for a total of $1,483.86. Before I go on here is my big thing I DONT CARE WHAT LABOR COSTS but DO NOT FLEECE ME ON PARTS. So remember when I said I called Bill to ask for a price. He also told me what the name of the brand was for the brake parts he said Textar. So I started doing research come to find out Dessert DOUBLED the price on each of the parts they charge me for. Let me say this I EXPECT FOR ALL SHOPS TO MAKE MONEY ON PARTS BUT 100% MARK UP IS insane and greedy. I will give you 25-50% mark up but 100% was too much. In total I should have been out $488.00 in parts not $990. Sadly there are no rules to given how much a shop can increase parts prices by but 100% markup lost me as a future customer ever. I had a shop tell me that would charge an extra 50.00 per hour on labor If brought my own parts and you know what I wish I had went that route. We can all agree it's hard out here these days but it sure would be nice to find at a shop you can trust who doesn't fleece you. If I paid that for just front brakes imagine what they would charge me for the oil leak . Never again you lost what could have been a loyal customer. Look at the tone the owner uses in response to complaints in the review its horrible

DON’T BRING YOUR RANGE ROVER HERE. I took my Range Rover sport hse in for a small coolant leak. Just wanted a diagnostic to pinpoint where the leak came from. They quoted me over $4700 because it has a supercharger and I needed to replace the entire coolant system. My car doesn’t even have a supercharger?! When I asked them where the leak was they couldn’t tell me. Said they would need a camera to really tell and proceeded to charge me a diagnostic fee. They will take advantage of you if you let them. Don’t let them.

We have been driving our 2009 Jaguar for the last year with poor air-conditioning for the last year. It is our second car not used often particularly when over 90 degrees, The dealer had given us an estimate of $3300 to fix. We used the Jag the other day to pick up our Audi. It was 103 degrees. I asked Corey our service manager what it would cost to diagnose the Jags AC. $146 got us the testing and we were out the door with AC freezing air for under $700.
We started with Desert Oasis last year after I had a fuel pump replacement estimate of $1700 from the Audi dealer. I got a second opinion from DO. It wasn't the fuel pump causing the problem but a faulty crankcase valve. $700 and the Audi has been running smoothly ever since.
Bottom line is...if it isn't under warranty from the dealer go to Desert Oasis. You'll be glad you did

Was originally told i would
have to pay a little over $5,000 to fix my car and agreed they called back with e new estimate over double that in price at $12,190.00 i asked for a day to think it over and got back to them on monday. I spoke to them two days later and the price jumped another $700 and i told them no. after which they tried to charge me a storage fee of $800+ dollars because i decided to not have them do my work. i was willing to pay for the work they did but they tried to strong arm me and change prices every time i spoke to someone

We brought our 2011 Audi A8 into this shop because we were told we could trust them to fix a gas leak in a hose near engine. We also needed a new battery because the car sat undriven for a few months due to my husband having a major surgery. Our bill was a little over 1100.00 and we were told the car was all set to go. We drove it twice in the next 2 days after we got the car back and the engine seized! 🤔 I disputed this bill with my bank because I was trying to avoid court. We don't need a new battery for a car that isn't working, so now we will try to return the new battery. Not sure what was done but it was definitely something done at this shop. Maybe they didn't check the fluids before we took it, but we were assured the car was good! I will never recommend this shop, they now reversed the charge back and we paid these people to blow our engine up!

This repair service is a great place to bring your European car for repairs. They are honest, professional and explain their findings and what needs to be done including an estimate of the cost and the length of time to do the repair. Recently, I had a warranty repair and they took care of everything, making all the arrangements with warranty company and all I had to do was call on the car rental. I’m new in the area so I am so happy to find a great auto repair and service!

After a really bad automotive repair experience it was refreshing to get some honesty. They provided expert analysis on my Audi and even waved my storage fees. If you love your older foreign vehicle, you may want to partner with DO to sustain it.

Desert Oasis did a great job—but I wasn’t notified prior to their handling my cabriolet top that they had to open it to do the work, which caused panic as it didn’t function.
Nonetheless, I wasn’t charged for the extra time they had to spend with it. They’re professional gentlemen!!

I used to come here all the time. Never thought anything of the fact my repairs were always faulty and had to be brought back in. Came to a head when my lower fuel pump was out. They did not properly diagnose the issue, changing the wrong fuel pump(audi has two on most cars) which only takes a simple universal troubleshooting SOP to test fuel lines and fuel pressure. Not only did they not find the issue, but the pump they changed was the wrong part. During that “repair” they damaged my cam shaft and ruined the timing on the engine. This took about 3/4 months. After making me pay for the faulty repair, I took the car to Audi. They immediately found the lower fuel pump was totally toast. They also found the wrong part installed on my car. They then fixed my timing which they deemed completely off and could have totaled my engine had Audi been any further from the shop. Also, Audi asked if I was told about the leak from my bevel box, which I wasn’t, which also wasn’t an issue before I brought the car in to Desert Oasis. Last thing after that was the PCV valve that was replaced at Desert Oasis previously was being held in by the wrong bolts and my block had to be re-tapped to thread the proper bolt.

I then emailed Desert Oasis to ask for my money back and for compensation on these damages and no one bothered to respond even after follow ups.

This should be a zero star review but google doesn’t give that option. I have all the documentation from Audi for all of these faulty repairs, I lost business from not having a vehicle for that amount of time, and I am now scraping things together from this incident.

I can honestly say that Desert Oasis European Auto Repair is the best repair shop in Las Vegas. I chose D.O. based on their customer service reviews to assist me with my CarShield warranty needs. From day one Bill was my advisor he was absolutely amazing!!!! Bill helped me tremendously in navigating the nuisances and complexities of working with a car warranty company that gave me nothing but headaches. Without Bill this entire warranty experience would have been a complete disaster!!! Bill fought on my behalf with the warranty company and made sure I received the quality of service that I deserved.

I very highly recommend Desert Oasis for all of your auto repair needs. From Armando, the owner, to Bill, the mechanics, and all other the other support staff you are in great hands with all of these folks! Give D.O. a chance and trust me you will be happy that you did!

Armando and Bill are great. Armando checked me in this visit and was very professional and down-to-earth. They performed a brake fluid flush and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Price was reasonable. Will definitely return for future services.

Wonderful, honest service.
I had a part that was dirty-the throttle-and the mechanic cleaned it instead of the shop just telling me I needed a new one. I wouldn’t have known the difference. Also, when my check engine light came on, they didn’t just check the little readout from the machine-they actually did a FULL diagnostic including smoking the engine to see where the problems might be coming from (it was a hose with a leak).
I also found their prices to be very fair which is awesome.

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would! At the beginning of this month, my Range Rover Evoque was having some issues with the transfer case leaking. Long story short, my warranty company was not very helpful and made things extremely difficult for Desert Oasis and I. Even though this was the case, the staff here, especially Michael, was so wonderful throughout the entire process. Not only was I constantly kept in the loop (I love the texting feature they have!), but they were completely transparent and upfront about my portion and I could tell they genuinely cared about my situation. Armando is also awesome and did a great job fixing everything! Not to mention, the day that it happened, they were able to squeeze me in no problem and I really appreciated that. All in all, if you’re looking for a trustworthy spot to get your vehicle taken care of, Desert Oasis is it 👍🏻 the customer service is amazing (something that can be very hard to find in Las Vegas) and I wouldn’t want to take my vehicle anywhere else! Thanks again!

Took about 2 days to get my 128i in for a new radiator at a fair price. They also found a hose was leaking and replace it. 5 star service and can't beat the fair price. A shop that you can trust.

This was our second visit to this shop. Bill helped us out again. Car would not start and it was exhibiting bunch of electronic issues. Problem was diagnosed right away and recommended solution fixed the problem. Great communication through out of the process. Professional shop with experienced people.

As a single woman in a new city it's always refreshing to find an honest auto mechanic. After driving my 3 series from Dallas, TX to Vegas my engine light came on and they got me in right away. I had a coolant hose line break (thx BMW) on me at Red Rock canyon park, rendering my car undrivable so I had to have it towed to the nearest shop around. The fix was simple actually; Replacing the coolant hose line which I got from BMW the morning after. with my car parked out front, I fully intended on doing this myself until a few guys from the shop came out to help me. they not only sped up the installation of the new hose, they also graciously used a special tool to get the air out of my cooling system and topped me off with coolant.

I'm from out of state so they could have charged me whatever they want, after all I need my car to make it back with me but they did this without taking a single penny from me. I offered and they refused. Grateful to these guys and wish them the best!
